Everyone I worked with at the Huntersville, NC location was courteous and professional. My sales associate Ahmed Hassanein was great to work with. Unethical! We were quoted one price when we dropped the car off and and then were charged ~$800 more when we picked the car up! “Scott” who quoted the price was unavailable, but I reached out to the servic car off and and then were charged ~$800 more when we picked the car up! “Scott” who quoted the price was unavailable, but I reached out to the service manager, Jordan Carter, who did nothing to help. They do not have recorded phone lines, so it’s our word against Scott’s. It’s unfortunate, but please BEWARE! I wish I read some of the reviews before trusting this dishonest place.😕 More
