Best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. Keith, my salesperson, spent quite a bit of time with me and was knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Stacy, the owner operator of the dealership was ultim my salesperson, spent quite a bit of time with me and was knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Stacy, the owner operator of the dealership was ultimately the deciding factor of why I purchased a vehicle there. All other aspects of the transaction went off without a hitch. Run from this dealership! Brennan is about the most unprofessional salesperson I've ever dealt with and I work in the automotive industry. I've been talking to him for a couple weeks about the new Bron unprofessional salesperson I've ever dealt with and I work in the automotive industry. I've been talking to him for a couple weeks about the new Bronco so he called letting me know one was available but it's $10k over sticker. I know they're going for over sticker so that's not the problem. I told him I would need to see it in person first to ever consider paying that much over sticker so he said he'll call back as soon as it's available to see, I was at the "top" of the list according to him. In the meantime, he or the dealership proceeded to keep calling other customers until they could find someone to pay the $2,500 deposit over the phone. He called it a "courtesy" to let me know later that same day someone else bought it when he told me earlier I was at the top. I think it was more of a call to "rub" it in that I didn't pull the trigger, who knows? If you want to be treated like a transaction, go there. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, go to any of the other Ford dealerships in greater Charlotte where I'll be headed to get a Bronco or something else if it's not what I want once I actually see it in person. Not to mention I'm involved in a 50 location automotive business that buys multiple Ford Transits every year, I guess they're not worried about that transaction either? More
