I first spoke to Angelica who helped answer my questions prior to going in and she really helped me feel at ease in driving the long distance to meet with them and discuss things further. Our sales rep Brandon was great! He was patient and very knowledgeable in helping us make a decision on the trim of car we decided on, along with the features and savings options they provide. He accommodated us having to come later in the evening due to our drive after work and stayed WELL past close so that we could finalize the car. And lastly, we met Eric - the business/financial manager - who helped us finalize our paperwork and explain everything to us in detail and make us feel comfortable and solidify our decision. All in all, it wasn't just the professionalism and knowledge that everyone had, but their personality! It always makes me feel at ease to know that a team can have fun, joke around, and talk about things other than the sale because after all, the customers are people too!
