Hunter Chevrolet Subaru Hyundai sincerely apologizes for the title work mistakes. The weather(snow storm) kept us from securing the vehicle from the stocking dealer. We did not want to put our employee in harms way. When we secured the vehicle, the spare key was not with the car. The other dealer dragged his feet in mailing it to us. Although in hindsight we should have acted quicker. We hoped that the free cargo mat provided by Jeff would smooth any bad feelings. Again we sincerely apologize for our mistakes and will learn from them.
