I needed something with gas mileage, and he wanted something American made. We had considered the Chevy Traverse and decided to go take a look, but with four kids that's almost impossible. Bill took the time to understand our needs and situation, and we weren't impressed with the asking price for the Traverse. Lucky for us, Bill knew that he had a hidden treasure on his lot. It was a 2014 Dodge Journey. (Good on gas and American made.) He even let my fiancee bring the car home for a few hours so we could have the kids climb in and out, and see if the car seats were a correct fit. This task alone is nearly impossible at a dealership. By Monday we had made a decision and we brought it home on Tuesday. More
