I was approached by Bob within minutes of my arrival. He instantly made me feel comfortable and wasn’t pushy or putting any pressure on me at all. He took the time to search and make sure that I was getting absolutely everything that I wanted and needed in my vehicle. Needless to say, after a day of “looking” at cars, I drove off the lot with my brand new Jeep Renegade. I can’t thank Bob enough for his thorough and polite care. As we have come to expect from the Hume's family, Bob was very friendly to work with and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the leasing process to us. The entire process back then went extremely smooth, thanks to his attention to detail. I am happy to say we have just taken possession of a new 2018 Jeep Cherokee, again with Bob's help.
