I had been looking at the weekly ads in the paper and decided to take a ride out to talk about the leasing options being advertised on the Ram 1500. When i arrived Bob was working with another customer and when they stepped outside for a minute Bob was able to talk for a few minutes and we were able to discuss what I was looking for to purchase. He said he would run some numbers on two vehicles I was interested in and give me a call in the morning. Around 9am I received a call and he had four different options for me to chose from and also gave me a couple vehicle id numbers so I could check them out online. Later that day I called him with what vehicle and payment option I was interested in and set up a time to come out and take it for a test drive. When I arrived he had the vehicle waiting and warmed up at the front door. After a quick drive and brief discussion, and feeling very pleased my decision I was able to finalize the paperwork and drive home my new Ram truck! More
