They replaced a faulty transmission and the car overheated 10 minutes from the dealership, an no A/C. Calling/texting still to find out what’s going on! Communication is an integral part of a service department and they need to learn this if they want to stay in business!! More
I purchased a new Hyundai Elantra in 2018 and decided I was going to look into a new vehicle. I wanted to stay with Hyundai because my Elantra was great and I love their 5year/60K warranty, saves me money was going to look into a new vehicle. I wanted to stay with Hyundai because my Elantra was great and I love their 5year/60K warranty, saves me money buying an extended warranty. I went wanting to look at the Hyundai Tucson and found one I really liked. I had already went to my bank and was pre-approved, so i knew i had a budget and although the sticker price on this was a little over i felt it was doable. The salesman Gabriel came out to speak with me and i explained my tight budget and although we looked at a couple others, the first one was the only one in my range and he knew what that range was. I drove the car and then went in to put numbers together, after being at the lot for almost 2 hours he has the offer and turns it around to me and magically the vehicle price has now increased 3K far out of my budget. I was so upset and when i told him the numbers werent right he didnt say anything, i had to go out to the car and look at the sticker price before he told me it was a mark up due to the market. I told him i felt they were being dishonest and false advertisement. His General Sales mgr. Shon Mireles came out and was rude and told me every dealership was doing this. He would not work with me at all. I told him, had either the salesman told me at the moment we were discussing price or the sticker price been different i would have walked out of the parking lot because that was out of my range. My time is valuable, i live an hour from the dealership and have a family and home to care for. I wanted to stay in the Hyundai family but ended up buying a Honda, no hidden prices, no lies, honesty. By the way 4 days later the salesman called me and said he found a car with a black interior and talked the Mgr into letting me purchase at sticker price. I told him i had already purchased another car and would not ever buy from them again. More

I will tell everyone and anyone who listens how they messed up my car on a recall. So much back and forth and they finally said their were problems with my transmission. Begged me to change my review an messed up my car on a recall. So much back and forth and they finally said their were problems with my transmission. Begged me to change my review and I did, had my car for a week and told me it was a bolt loose and not my transmission- but I happen to know they never even looked at my transmission- probably partly because I was told that paying oil changes took precedence over my car and my warranty. Which is cool cause I still paid for a warranty. The clock on the car was one hour and twenty two minutes behind when I dropped it off… and one hour and twenty two minutes behind when I picked it up. Also the service manager Mike does not stand behind Hyundai or believe in the brand- so much so that I was told their cars don’t last past 100,000 miles anymore. Solid tactic to keep a return customer. I took my car elsewhere and traded it in. I was spent with these guys screwing around with my transmission and my life. Idk about buying a car from there, but the service dept sucks. Go somewhere else More
March 22, 2021 Julian Sterling at Humble Hyundai was extremely helpful in us purchasing a 2021 Palisade Calligraphy. Julian learns his vehicles as it was obvious during our test drives in selecting one extremely helpful in us purchasing a 2021 Palisade Calligraphy. Julian learns his vehicles as it was obvious during our test drives in selecting one of two potential vehicles and their differences. Julian was very patient regarding my technical questions and if he did not know the answer, it did not take him long to research and provide an answer. Now some dealerships (salespersons) do not go out of the way to learn their products and bluff their potential customers with lies, etc. I am very savvy regarding vehicles and look for a salesperson that do not assume their potential customers is unknowledgeable regarding vehicles researched. Of course I do not let on how knowledgeable I am and let the salesperson show their knowledge or not. A good salesperson is one that learns their products before they attempt to make any sale and enables their customers to be satisfied after making a purchase and realize wow no complaints regarding the sell. Julian learns his products and exhibits a sales person confident in his knowledge. Thank you, Julian. Al and Barbara. More

Great cars, unfortunately the staff who work there tells you lies in order to sell, I was told that if I came back after finishing my lease would not matter the amount of miles (they will covered) if I buy you lies in order to sell, I was told that if I came back after finishing my lease would not matter the amount of miles (they will covered) if I buy a car from them, so I went back to buy the car when I finished my lease and they told me that I had been fooled by the person who sold it to me and no longer works there, I had a very disrespectful treatment and not answered calls, Now I have a very bad deal thanks to them that I can't get rid off it, I do NOT recommend this location at all. Grand Larceny in the Finance Office ***Posting on multiple sites to reach as many buyers as possible*** The sales staff was helpful and the price very reasonable. That portion of the pro ***Posting on multiple sites to reach as many buyers as possible*** The sales staff was helpful and the price very reasonable. That portion of the process went exactly as you'd expect; Chris was great. The issues started in the finance office where a monthly payment was established with a warranty, but a $200 error on their part in regards to taxes led to a new substantially higher payment per month. Mike attempted to explain that away as "being amortized over the term," and had the nerve to tell me to "not speak to him that way" while attempting to explain multiple times that the taxes couldn't possibly be the only change made to result in such a high increase. After further insistence, it was revealed that not only had he increased the finance amount by $200 but he also more than tripled the interest rate and attempted to casually pass that off with the tax change only. By applying some "coupons" and selecting "the only lender offering that rate" the rate suddenly dropped back to what it was before the tax change. I've never seen someone so callously attempt to swindle a customer or a deal turn sour more quickly than this evening. As for the title of the review, this "error" over the life of the loan would have cost enough to qualify for felony grand theft had it not been caught. After all this, we walked away with a great car at a great price at the reasonable finance rate we were originally offered; we'll just go elsewhere for any future needs. 2 stars. To the dealer: we all know finance is where you make your money these days; just be upfront about it. To future buyers: Write down every number quoted to you and hold them to it. To Mike: Don't think I didn't notice your small error at the end between the quoted payment and the final one on the sales sheet was actually in favor of the dealership; who has the energy to fight for $2/month after all that? Enjoy your $120 bucks extra. More
