Droped vehicle off to get noise issue diagnosed. Two days later was told by service writer that mechanic worked on skidplate what ever made adjustments and problem was resolved. I put vehicle on jack stands it was driveshaft- propeller shaft bearing. mechanic needs more training he just isn't ready to be a tech . More

Yesterday I brought my wife’s Pilot in for service which was covered under warranty by Honda Corporation. Ronnell(spell check) was super friendly and the issue was resolved.
