I saw the car I wanted online. I called the dealership 30 minutes before closing time. When I arrived they were waiting with the car out front. it wasn't until the test drive that I learned the friendly 30 minutes before closing time. When I arrived they were waiting with the car out front. it wasn't until the test drive that I learned the friendly salesman was the son of a dear deceased friend. Stephen was such a gentleman. when I said I had to pray about buying the car. he offered to PRAY. well that all but sealed the deal for me! even though it was well after closing everyone stayed around and gave me a great deal. My first Honda buying experience was 19 years ago. Even though the car is still on the road the experience left a lot to be desired. thanks Hughes. I'm looking forward to many great customer service years. . . And Stephen your mother would be so proud!! More
Upon walking onto the lot, we were greeted right away but we weren't followed around like at most dealerships. I really noticed this immediately because I think it is important for a customer to have time to look and see the inventory for themselves and to get an idea of what they want on their own before inquiring with a salesman. Once we had questions, Ronney was extremely knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He even knew to answer questions that I didn't know I had about the vehicle. On our test drive he talked non-stop about the product. I am still blown away about his knowledge of the product. I've gone to other dealerships looking at vehicles and gotten salesmen who don't know too much about the product, but Ronney definitely impressed us. Also, upon leaving the dealership we spoke with one of the Finance workers and he was very helpful in telling me the steps of how to go about finding the best rate for my purchase and seemed to really have my best interest in mind. When we left the dealership we literally talked about how great of a salesman Ronney was and how we were really impressed with our experience at Hughes Honda. More

This is the third new car I have purchased from Hughes Honda of Warner Robins and I would not consider going anywhere else. Jim Glymph is such a sweet, considerate and caring sales person and I would highly recommend him as a sales person. I trust Chuck Tyler, the GM, of the dealership with giving me a fair price on my trade in and with the whole deal. I know Chuck runs a tight ship there and therefore I only trust Hughes Honda with my service needs. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your car buying and service needs.
