This was the worse dealership we have ever experienced. Although we told them the problem with our vehicle as diagnosed by our mechanic, they conned us into two unrelated fixes which cost us a lot of money Although we told them the problem with our vehicle as diagnosed by our mechanic, they conned us into two unrelated fixes which cost us a lot of money, before finally repairing the original problem. The service manager was terrible and would not stand behind the mistakes his mechanics made. I would not recommend this dealer or service department to anyone, and based on this experience, would not buy another Honda vehicle. I will continue to spread the word about Hughes Honda Service Department to help others prevent this type of experience to themselves. Use extreme caution when dealing with Hughes Honda!!! More

We had a great experience at this dealership. We went in to service our Honda Pilot, but have been considering trading it in for a Honda Odyssey. Our sales rep, TJ, really listened to us and our needs. After a lengthy discussion and with his help, we determined that leasing instead of purchasing was the best option for us. Overall, we just appreciate how friendly the dealership is, the cleanliness, amount of vehicles to view, and prompt service. We ordered some accessories and they arrived and were ready for installation 3 days later. I will definitely be sending friends to this dealership! More
