When I first pulled up, there was no one circling my car. I was approached when I was heading for the door. He introduced himself and asked me what I needed and wanted. I told him and he gave me exactly what I asked for. There were no high pressure sales tactics or pressure to get me to buy a car that I did not want or could not afford. He listen to me and made it a very enjoyable experience. Even after he gave me the car that I wanted, he was so observant that he knew there was something missing. He could have sold me that car and went on with his day BUT he wanted me to be more than HAPPY with my purchase. He asked me what cars I previous looked at and why I did not purchased any of them. It was then that he realized that I was actually settling on a smaller car I thought I could afford. He walked me over to a larger more luxurious car that I thought was out of my budget. He then introduced me to his manager and they worked the numbers for me! I got into an amazing car that was everything that I wanted! And it still was in my budget!! I am truly greatful for the experience. If there is one think that I took away from this experience, it is that the employees at Hughes Honda are focused on finding the solutions!
