I can call him anytime if I come upon something I don't understand! Everyone in the dealership was wonderful. I came in on Labor Day. My insurance company couldn't be reached, but they didn't give up on me. Eddie was great too! Sometimes it's the little things like offering a bottle of water & several cups of Awesome coffee that really seals a deal!! Thanks guys! I have many people wanting a Honda Pilot now! He was extremely polite and made sure both my husband and I were pleased with his service and that my daughter was comfortable with her new civic. I will say after I spoke on the phone with Jose, and then met with him and Acosta the following day, my outlook on customer service and purchasing a vehicle changed. I was amazed how Acosta took so much time showing my daughter everything on her new civic. He made sure we had no questions he left unanswered.
