Quality vehicle delivered with excellent customer service I had been searching for about 5 months to locate the 2014 Buick Encore that I wanted. Yes, my state of NC had plenty of Encores but not in the exteri I had been searching for about 5 months to locate the 2014 Buick Encore that I wanted. It was at Hughes in Warner Robins , Georgia. I was a little skeptical about purchasing a vehicle so far away, but then I got in touch with Melanie! What a sweet heart! She made my purchase seem effortless, almost as if she was just down the road. From the very beginning of the process to the day my car arrived, Melanie did everything she could to make me feel comfortable with the process.
