He made the actual purchase painless and smooth but the reason I'm writing a review goes beyond the purchase. He's not just a 'salesman'. He builds relationships! He checks in with me through email to make sure that things are going well with the car. He has gone above and beyond in helping me in regular maintenance situations---he has even picked my car up from my work and taken it to get the oil change so I'm not inconvenienced! Who does that!?!? He's not in it just to make the sale but for the long haul! I highly recommend Kyle Tubbs at Hughes Honda!!!!! More

No respect We were first time car buyers. We are pretty young but we were responsible and saved up for a large down payment, did our research on cars, and worked We were first time car buyers. We are pretty young but we were responsible and saved up for a large down payment, did our research on cars, and worked really hard to maintain very good credit. From the moment we walked in the dealership, our sales rep was very condescending to us. Comments were made about how at our age we probably wouldn't qualify for much and we got the general sense that they thought we were wasting their time. After a test drive, we started trying to negotiate. Their guaranteed price match is a lie. We had quotes from 3 dealerships with about 2000-3000 off what Hughes was offering us. We showed them and they said that because they didn't currently have the car we wanted on the lot that they couldn't price match anything. The car they found had a ton of extra accessories on it that we had asked not to have because we didn't want to buy them. They tried to charge us for them and when we said we wanted to walk away they changed their minds. We were pressured into putting down a finders deposit so that they could locate the car of our choice. They did locate one and quickly. But they neglected to do a full inspection when they received the car before they gave it to us. After 3 hours of talking and paperwork they finally let us see the vehicle we had signed for. Within 5 minutes we noticed the moon roof was broken. We were pretty upset because now they had our deposit and we had no car. The next few days were awful customer service wise. They did what was expected by giving us a car to drive in the meantime and locating another vehicle when they realized that they couldn't fix this one. But the way we were dealt with was as if we were a burden on them. We gave them business but we were treated like little kids that they had to please by giving us toys to keep quiet. There was no sense of respect at this place. I am sad that we ended up completing the purchase with them rather than trying to walk away. But after the lack of respect, the constant paperwork "mistakes" that kept trying to charge us more money, and the days of having negative dealings with them we just wanted the car that we had been so prepared for and so excited about it's purchase. Though we have a "Lifetime warranty" with them, we will never return to this dealership for a vehicle purchase ever again. More

Great Staff, Excellent Seevice I had the pleasure of coming to this dealership even though I live in Macon because they were so willing to work with me on finding a car that matched I had the pleasure of coming to this dealership even though I live in Macon because they were so willing to work with me on finding a car that matched my expectations AND budget! I spoke with Greer, and he got me all situated over the phone before I even got here. As soon as I got here, Greer greeted me with keys in hand for my test drive. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and BEST of all, not pushy!! I didn't feel rushed or intimidated at all. I really felt like he wanted me to get the best deal and my own unique car. I had done tons of research (choosing a 4-door sedan...lots of options), but the civic outbeat all other comparable competition. Apple car play, right side mirror camera, Bluetooth, and so many options that just blew me away. Melanie helped me with finances and she was SO sweet and helpful. She was knowledgeable as well and really explained everything I asked AND didn't ask (in a good way). If I had any complaints, it would be directed towards Jose, the sale manager. He was so rude and almost lost my business. My friend came to this dealership and encountered the same behavior and actually was deterred because of his actions. But don't let one xxxxxxx ruin a great deal from a great dealership! More
Honest, on time, and friendly My service was on two recalls. They ordered the part, called when it arrived, and I drove the 49 miles to the appointment I made with them. They took my Element back on time and finished their work in the hour they told me they would. While I waited the hour I was offered coffee and donuts more than once. Everyone on their staff was genuinely nice and professional. I was impressed and will do business with them in the future due to their strong first impression. More
Never ending phone calls I visited this dealership with every intention of buying a brand new suv. We test drove 2 different vehicles and really liked the 2nd one. My husband is very tall and fit somewhat comfortably in the vehicle that we liked. We told the sales associate that we had another brand that we wanted to look at before making a final decision. We were very clear when we told the associate not to call us that we were mainly wanting to rule out the other vehicle at another dealership. I was a repeat customer and I really like the service department so I was leaning towards buying from hughes honda. When I checked my trade in information I found out that the car I had previously purchased from hughes honda was a Honda buy back and considered a lemon car. Imagine my surprise! I was never told on any of my visits or even when they gave me trade in information. I ended up deciding to take my business elsewhere. Since then I have had to block every number from hughes due to the never ending phone calls. More
