We initially looked at a couple of vehicles then decided on the CR-V. Robert and his floor partner Jesse were excellent in describing all parts of the CR-V and did not in any way make us feel pressured in buying. We waited several days then decided to place a deposit on the vehicle we bought. Overall, we had the best sales experience that I have ever had in a vehicle purchase.
