The service was very good, they even started the service 15 minutes before my appointment time. I waited for my car in the dealership and it took less than an hour to complete the job. Greg Balcom was the best sales representative ever! No fuss, no push, no pressure “just the facts Mam” aka Dragnet. If that doesn’t make any sense you are not old enough to remember the TV series. We've used them for 32 years, always serviced our vehicles, and bought 4 CRVs during that time. Service is fair, done right and caters to customer, if a little pricey.
