We've used them for 32 years, always serviced our vehicles, and bought 4 CRVs during that time. Service is fair, done right and caters to customer, if a little pricey. Dealership didn't make me aware that the last time I was there I had used my last tire rotation and oil change from my Maintenance Plan.
