Always helpful, honest & reliable Hughes Honda has been with us for our last 4 family vehicles. It is no surprise that we would buy our 3rd Odyssey from them, too. From car sales to se Hughes Honda has been with us for our last 4 family vehicles. It is no surprise that we would buy our 3rd Odyssey from them, too. From car sales to service we have been pleased with every aspect of our interactions. The prices are fair and the customer service is top-notch. Even little details like offering my children snacks and drinks while we wait for car services is a little extra that makes my time there more pleasant. The staff is attentive and kind. For this last purchase, Robert Waller gave us a considerable amount of his time to help us and was never pushy. He was very realistic about what we needed and didn’t need in our next car. Poor Customer Service Attempting to Purchase Used Vehicle Buyer Be Ware. In my experience I was treated with complete disregard as a person by Hughes Honda. I am not sure if it was because I am in the militar Buyer Be Ware. In my experience I was treated with complete disregard as a person by Hughes Honda. I am not sure if it was because I am in the military and was out of state. I showed serious interest in purchasing a used Honda Pilot and had a family member test drive the vehicle. I had multiple conversations concerning purchasing the Pilot over the next 2 weeks. On a Thursday they called me and asked what was holding me back from purchasing the vehicle. I told them I needed the price $600 lower. They responded saying they almost never drop the price because the car is already priced competitively but they would call me if it was possible. I never received a call but 2 days later on Saturday I noticed on their website that they dropped the price $1,000. I called and asked if could give them a deposit to hold the vehicle till I could finalize my loan on Monday. I even asked to speak to the owner but was told he was too busy. They said they had someone that was coming later that evening and if it wasn’t purchased by that customer then they would take a deposit. That customer did purchased the vehicle and I was told they were sorry but they had other cars on the lot. In summary, Hughes Honda wanted to sell the vehicle when and to who they wanted to and didn’t care about me as customer. They choose to sell the vehicle at lower cost to a new walk in customer in order to move it off their lot instead of someone who they had been working with for over 2 weeks. Please be advised that while Hughes Honda staff is pleasant, they will do not care about you as person and I would be hesitate to trust anything Hughes Honda told me. More

Give the best offer to make the sale! I was told that if I found a better offer at any dealership in Georgia for a new vehicle that Hughes would beat the deal by $500.00. For me if they can offer this or any other deal after I search elsewhere, why not offer your best deal from the start and make the sale. After I find a better offer why would I give Hughes the opportunity to make the sale? For me it's always been difficult to patronize Hughes. Give the customer the best deal without all the back and forward......I'm seriously looking for a new or CPO vehicle, but will not jump at anything. I'm looking for the best deal for my money! No time for the games.... More
