However when it came to an actual cost decision, I was offered a “package price to prevent me from becoming upside down” in the purchase. I’m not sure if that is because of my age, but it’s the first dealer to ever offer me such a ridiculous offer of car payments higher than a house payment! I’m aware of my age and any financial obligations I make consider my ability to cover during life and if I should die. I’ll never return to Hughes Honda as a result of this management blunder! More

Knowledgeable but rushed through! After getting mail and e-mail notices that my car was due for service (last service was over 7 months and almost 5,000 miles ago), even though the oil After getting mail and e-mail notices that my car was due for service (last service was over 7 months and almost 5,000 miles ago), even though the oil life said 40%, When I got there the customer service rep said it wasn’t due yet and that I should wait until it’s 15,000 mile service. I was confused and agitated as to why they would tell me to come back when Honda had been sending me notices and I had prepaid for the services. I felt like it was due for service (and at the last service, only the oil was changed because the customer service rep suggested I alternate between oil changes and tire rotations and I went with it, which was a dumb idea). So I went to my salesperson and explained what happened and he assisted me in getting it done. I will admit I don’t know the car service requirements as well as I should and I need to understand a little more about it, but I don’t feel like the service customer service rep explained it very well or thorough. I felt like I was being hurried up and rushed through! I left there irritated! More
