Poor Service Every time we have used the service department the staff has been very rude. They look at the list and make suggestions based on mileage, not on the s Every time we have used the service department the staff has been very rude. They look at the list and make suggestions based on mileage, not on the status of part. For example you need to change your air filter, really my husband did last week. Oh well we didn’t do it so we didn’t know. One would think you would review and ensure needed before changing. Many more examples. If I could figure out how to change my service plan elsewhere I would as I hate going to this dealer. More
