I went to this dealership looking to get the best trade-in offer for my SUV. After several bait and switch offers presented to me by the sales manager that I swiftly corrected them on we finally set trade-in offer for my SUV. After several bait and switch offers presented to me by the sales manager that I swiftly corrected them on we finally settled on a trade-in price. The next day another dealership offered $4000 more for my trade-in with the same incentives as Hughes Honda. I called Hughes and gave them a chance to match the other dealership. Instead of offering to match the other dealership or stating they couldn't they started insulting me and stating that the other company is crap and I'm an unethical person for trying to back out of the deal. Also, the GM himself stated that the car I priced is worthless and thats the only reason I got $4000 more for my trade-in. I very sincerely DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! Stay away!
