The first time i went to Hughes it was only to look around. Mr.Jim greeted us as soon as we exited our car. Made us feel welcome. He had a big smile! Had to take wife's CR-V in for routine 22,500 mile service, told of a required computer update. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes extra while I waited.
