A far as the purchase TJ did an exceptional job. He did everything right, thank you TJ for making a painful task pleasurable. He was busy shooting the breeze with another employee. She felt she had been ignored. There is a strong odor in the Civic, we are not sure if it is due to the cleaning. I do appreciate the sales staff staying late to finish the two car deal on the day of my purchases. More
