I do not live in the area, but was traveling at the time. My check engine light came on and this was the closest dealer to me. We stopped in thinking the worst. I had an early appointment for routine service (oil change/filter change). Frank B. explained what my car needed at 30K miles, why it needed the service and when I advised him that I was unable at tha change/filter change). He provided me with the information and suggested that before or by the 50K mile service I should have the full service completed on the the car.
