Took my car in for a software update. I own a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid and it was experiencing problems dealing with the ECM. I was originally told that the work would take at least half of the day, but I re Civic Hybrid and it was experiencing problems dealing with the ECM. I was originally told that the work would take at least half of the day, but I received a call much earlier than expected. The gentleman that I worked with was very courteous and I was pleased with having my car back so quickly. I've never had a problem with this dealership keeping my car for longer than they originally quoted me. More
Mr Allen Kennedy was an excellent salesman - very knowledgeable, nice and didn't try to push other cars on me. After the sale, ensured that I knew everything that I needed to know regarding operation of the car before driving off. Excellent customer service even after the sale, i.e., checking on how I was doing and if I had any questions. Also, Mr Mike Willhide worked to get an interest rate lower than what I had been preapproved for with two others. He also found a car with another dealership that had one of the colors that I wanted and had it brought here. I would definitely recommend Hughes Honda and to see Mr Kennedy for great personal customer service! More

Was notified by Honda that I needed a software update, I made an appointment and at the time was told it could take up to 4 hours.
