Top Notch Service in an under-serviced industry!!!!! As always, the work was completed in LESS time than expected (quoted). Any and all options were explained in layman's terms. Everyone is pleasant to work with The Hugh White Service Department has outstanding service advisors as well as back office employees and technicians. Everyone is pleasant to work with and they carefully listen to our reason for the service and then follows through with just the work needed. They also advise on other work that comes to light during the service and can often complete the additional work in the same visit. Our most recent service was to replace that defective air bags that were recalled. We were called multiple times to schedule the replacement which was beneficial due to our busy schedule. The work was completed at no cost and the car was washed as it is after every service. Thank you Hugh White Service Department! More

The main reason I'm writing is to mention that Hugh White Honda has service until Midnight. That's service! The people I encountered were helpful. The customer waiting area was the best I've seen. Friendly employees and a clean facility says a lot about how the place is run. To top off my good experience, I got free coffee and my Accord got a free car wash. More
