We purchased our “new/used” vehicle on Halloween day. Our experience was a little over a week long as we were turned off initially by the first salesman (who was very pushy and a bit argumentative). Despite the first encounter we were still very interested in the vehicle due to the mileage and price. After an extra week of research and waiting we knew this car was for us and wanted it! We went back and worked with a different salesman. This time the experience was a lot less stressful. The sales managers(Tony and I believe Steve) were absolutely fantastic and did everything in their power to help come to the fairest price for our trade in and new vehicle! Although the finalization process did seem a little lengthy and not as efficient as we had experienced with other dealerships in the past, it was still pleasant and comprehensive. They also made good on their word, for what was promised regarding an accessory that was supposed to be included in the car, but was not following the completion of the sale. Overall strongly recommend the used car dealership, especially when working with their management. More
