After a horrific experience at a dealership in Chillicothe, we were pleasantly surprised to find out there is more out there than dealing local! Thanks to Hugh White Honda, we were treated exactly as we expected to be treated. "Hans" took his time going over all the details and even preset a lot of the radio/cell phone features. Like most people, we don't have the luxury of taking time off work to purchase a vehicle and was able to make this a one-stop visit. We are enjoying this vehicle every day and showing and telling our story to all friends and family as they also know we liked to purchase local. As always, he gave us full attention and made every attempt to please us. This time was no different. We have also used the service department for our vehicles and have always been happy with the service. The only issue I had this time was that we had to pay additional money for the interest rate, which was not discussed before hand. It was not a large amount of money but felt the interest rate could have been better based on competition with other Honda dealerships. But, like I said earlier, we have worked with Jim many times and know he will give us the best deal on the price of the car, which he did. Excellent sales person. More

We went to another dealer and we came back to Hugh White because of Tyler's good-from-the-gate price and a better selection of color choices at our trim level you offered. Then we worked with Hans. He took plenty of time to help us select the exact car we wanted. He even hand washed a car with the color choice we thought we wanted so we could make our decision. We had a great experience at another dealership who took us at our word on offers we had. Lindsay had to have written proof. You didn't require proof either. This made the difference to us. If our word was not good enough, then our money wasn't either. We had a pleasant experience every step of the way and we love our new car. Thank you More

This is a small thing, but I had to return to Hugh White to retrieve something from my car before my service was complete. I was walking toward the door from the Service drop off area toward the Cashier when Steve, a service associate, jumped off of his chair and opened the door for me. Just sayin' small courtey's like that mean something and demonstrate the "service culture" of a business. More

My husband was with me and was treated very bad and the sales person had no respect for him nor myself. My husband was just trying to get the best deal for the 2004 Ford Explorer we was trading in. The sales person was rude and pretty much chased my husband out of the show room with me still setting there. My husband usually picks my birthday to replace my car and caught me off guard this year by going into your dealership again. He explained before we started looking about his experience several years ago and then started looking at the vehicles. We were very impressed with a Honda Odessy on the floor but it was closing time so we said we would come back. We came back the next day and was treated like gold!!! Oh my gosh what a difference. My husband is still talking about his experience this time. Thank you Honda for making our visit, deal and new vehicle very special for us. It's people like this that make you want to share your experience and want to come back. Great job. Thank you - Thank you. More
