Great service I made an appointment, it started on time and they did exactly as they stated they would do. Received recommendations on what should be done in the future and then received a written analysis of everything. Excellent from start to finish with two minor exceptions This dealer is by far one of the easiest I have dealt with from start to finish they were straight to the point and gave me the best price on the car This dealer is by far one of the easiest I have dealt with from start to finish they were straight to the point and gave me the best price on the car as well as top trade in value for mine. I was able to hammer almost everything out through email and then when I arrived at the dealer I was there for less than two hours and driving away in my new car. It would have been less if I wouldn't have had the service department switch out my winter tires for me. The finance manager didn't pressure me into buying any additional items laid a few options out and moved on which was very nice as they all seem to pressure you into buying more and more add-ons. I was a little upset to find out later that I had to cancel the Hondacare extended warranty (on my trade in) in a dealership and the finance manager even mentioned to me not to forget to cancel. He could have helped me cancel it from my understanding... The other minor issue I had was with the internet sales manager. She ultimately helped me obtain the deal I wanted and was eventually able to answer all my questions however I had to ask several questions multiple times through email and it was pretty painful. However she did pass me on to Greg, who was excellent to work with. I will always reach out to him first in the future! More
