Appointment Less Than 12 hours Just bought my car less than 3 weeks ago. Called the sales guy Jeff and he said he would take care of scheduling me an appointment with service and call me back. He did and the appointment happen less than 12 hours. My battery was not charging and they replaced it for FREE based on the warranty for my 2016 Honda Civic 20,000 miles. More

I told him I couldn’t pay more than a certain amount per month and he kept my payment within the budget I asked for! I met him at 2pm on a Saturday with my old car I wanted to trade in. He got my car appraised and had me driving off the lot in a new 2018 Honda WITH a check in my pocket (left over from the trade in) by 4pm that SAME DAY. Honestly when I was telling people earlier that week that I had to get a new car they would respond, “oh getting a new car is such a hassle...the process takes forever....”. This experience was the exact opposite. THANK YOU SO MUCH FRED!!!!! More

they sell you then forget about you!! stay away I got a great deal on a car from Hugh White Honda and the good things to say end there. I asked when I would get a bill from Honda Finance, the deale I got a great deal on a car from Hugh White Honda and the good things to say end there. I asked when I would get a bill from Honda Finance, the dealer said about 3 weeks and not to worry, I worry; I plan; I have perfect credit for a reason. Fast forward 3 weeks and I am still lacking a bill to pay, however my payment is due and I call to make a payment and guess what?? I can't make a payment without an account number. So I call the dealership to see if they could help me and they give me a phone number, which they already gave me which if you don't have an account number it does you no good, and I try to explain this and they can't help me...... so either honda gave me a car, not likely, or Hugh White Honda screwed up and gave an incorrect address to Honda Finance....I am going with the latter. stay away from these people they don't care about you, only your money!!!! I will leave the employees names out of this because I am not heartless like them! I realize that screwing with someone money is not ok. More
