Everything was Great and service was faster then I expected. I was waiting with it because I had no other car and when I was waiting it seemed very clean and people seemed to be social distancing well expected. Unethical, irresponsible clownshow UNETHICAL, IRRESPONSIBLE CLOWN SHOW...Inquired about a Honda Odyssey, listed on their website...set up appt...get there, can't find keys, van is in de UNETHICAL, IRRESPONSIBLE CLOWN SHOW...Inquired about a Honda Odyssey, listed on their website...set up appt...get there, can't find keys, van is in detail shop, filthy and NOT ready...nonchalant detail guy couldn't care less(earbuds in, just shrugged shoulders), made salesperson look like a fool...agree to return the next day...still can't find keys(they were left in the ignition, overnight, outside)...van won't start...jump start it so I can test drive it...back it out of detail garage, and the steering wheel will barely turn(do your research...these have issues with the PS pump, and many dealers replaced it, but used the same part number, thus the same problem)...vibration/shake at freeway speeds(also a known issue with the torque converter, which probably needed reprogrammed)...salesperson speaks to manager, says service will look at it, and he will let me know when it's ready...email the next afternoon to see when I can return...receive email back that, literally, said "Got sold"...nothing else...no "thank you", "sorry", nothing...I assume it was sold as-is to someone else, since they would have had to repair it in order for me to buy it...I hope whoever they sold it to realized the power steering pump was shot and wasn't involved in a accident... More
