I recently traded in my pickup for a new car, and worked w/ Chris O'Neill. This was, by far, the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had. Chris was friendly, relaxed, and easy w/ Chris O'Neill. This was, by far, the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had. Chris was friendly, relaxed, and easy to work with. He gave us an excellent trade in value, and sale price on the car. My wife and I had our very busy 2 year old daughter with us, and the entire staff was extremely friendly, and patient with her. All told I think we were at the dealership for not much more than an hour, and we drove off of the lot in our new car. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would very highly recommend working with Huggard & Ewing. More
I had been shopping around for a used car for just over a month when my brother offered to swing me by Huggard & Ewing on a Saturday afternoon- a dealer which he was familiar with. Lots of cars stuck out but weren't quite within my price range nor exactly what I was looking for. Paul Lombardo noticed us and stopped to say hello and if we needed anything...he was here. I knew they were closing soon but he encouraged us to take our time. Paul met us again as we were heading out asked more about what I was looking for, price range, etc...I had plenty of "must haves". Paul was hesitant to mention the car he had just gotten (he was working on vehicle in the shed) as it wasn't fully prepared for purchase but to my surprise it was exactly what I wanted!! No sticker surprise either. He was completely straight forward my brother and I did a little research on several make/models- year and were happy we didn't have to have a long draw out talk about price. Even though the lot was due to close soon and weren't really able to do much business that day. He offered us to take the car for a spin, we returned and met briefly inside to exchange some information. By Wednesday my car was ready for pick up, Mike Burns showed me to my new "used" car and showed me around from the radio to adj seat/mirrors- everything!! Last introduction was the service dept- Mike introduced me to Chris Coy who took the time to discuss all service questions. Chris handed me his card and I was off. Thanks so much Paul and everyone that helped me get back on the road and fast! More
I knew from the minute I talked to Mike on the phone that he was easy-going and friendly and that I would enjoy my visit. I drove off with the Nissan Rogue I had come in to test drive - time will tell, but so far I am thrilled with my purchase! Mike was laid-back and gave me the facts I needed about the car without being pushy or sketchy like so many a used-car dealer I have encountered before him. Chris got me an awesome deal on financing, especially considering my not so awesome credit. Huggard and Ewing has my seal of approval! More
My vehicle got totaled a month ago, I have been shopping for a car, a lot of headaches, pressure an rudeness from a lot of dealerships. Saw a car online at Huggard & Ewing, a Toyota sienna with low miles f for a car, a lot of headaches, pressure an rudeness from a lot of dealerships. Saw a car online at Huggard & Ewing, a Toyota sienna with low miles for a great price for the vehicle, but more then what I had to spend, they worked with me (no more than 10 minutes) and they got me the vehicle for exactly what I could afford. Mike Burns was very friendly, NO pressure, and professional. Huggard and Ewing is a used car dealer but not like any other dealer, they are the best. Can't wait to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday. Thank you so much for making this happen. More
I have had multiple issues with my car over the last few months (add in my mother's car and you would think I live at H&E) and the quality of service from both Chris and Kevin is through the roof. Without fail, they both are friendly, professional, concerned about the well being of both my car and my family, and above all they are honest. It's not easy to find a good place to take your car when you need something, but finding a service place you can honestly say you love to go to is unheard of and I truly love taking my car to the service dept at H&E. I've had a horrible month personally and my car needing brakes, my battery dying, and my mother's car needing service while she was out of town has only added major stress to my already tough time. Last night I ran over something and got a flat on my way to get my kids from day care and literally felt like the universe was out to get me. It was basically my breaking point and I couldn't have been more upset or frustrated. I got my spare on and made it through the night completely disheartened. When I ran to H&E this morning to try and figure out my best option (I drive 100 miles round trip for work and couldn't do it on a donut), Chris saw the problem before I even pulled in, had the tire out of my trunk before I even parked, got everything fixed, and got me back on the road within minutes. Joking with me and making my day a little brighter the whole time. Kevin and Chris are always there to not just fix my car (or my mom's car), they ease your mind with quality of service, honesty about what's going on and what you really need, and a little humor mixed in just to make it all a little better. I purchased a used Toyota Sienna, which apparently just had come in from an auction. Thus, it was not quite ready (i.e., not cleaned, minor damages not addressed). I bought it and Paul promised to have eve had come in from an auction. Thus, it was not quite ready (i.e., not cleaned, minor damages not addressed). I bought it and Paul promised to have everything fixed by the time I pick up. They registered the car for me, so no hassle waiting at an RMV. When I came to take the car of the lot most things were done except for a missing rail cap that Paul had mailed to me. Unfortunately, the battery died within a few days. When mentioning this to Chris he reimbursed me for this immediately. Finally, as promised the title arrived within a few weeks. So overall I had a very good experience. More
I have been impressed since my first visit in July 2013 to initially look at then purchase a vehicle at Huggard and Ewing. I felt that Paul's approach was not just professional but he was very engaging and demonstrated very good interpersonal communication skills. I had found exactly what I was looking for . The price and presentation of the vehicle was exactly what I had searched many weeks for. The 2004 GMC Yukon I chose was in very good condition with the lower mileage I had been doggedly pursuing in my weeks long search. Paul was quite helpful and explanative and did not present the quick sale, fast talking ,salesman approach. I made the decision to move forward with the sale. The next person was Chris O'Neill who is the co-owner and was really personable and engaging ,he made the sale process easy, he worked with my husband and me to obtain a very reasonable purchase agreement. I really can't end up this review without letting folks know that the service department headed up by Chris Coy is one of the best I have ever encountered! Chris is very knowledgeable, engaging , he has a very good "gift of gab", and in my estimation is tireless in making sure no stone is unturned with problem solving any issue regarding repairs etc. I have all good things to say about my encounters with Chris regarding any issue with my purchased vehicle. I also must mention that the level of professionalism and of the service department staff was excellent. In summation ,I could go on, I and my husband are very pleased with our overall experience at Huggard and Ewing. Thanks to all of the Huggard and Ewing staff! More
I went to Huggard and Ewing because they always have a great selection of under-used cars. This was my second purchase, so I knew to ask for Paul (he's been there for years). I shopped online first, so I had a particular car in mind. After we worked a deal, there was no pressure to close, so I had the opportunity to sneak around and try to beat it. In the end, they offered me far more for my trade than anyone else and they sold me a solid car with low enough mileage that there was even some factory warranty left. Paul and the Chrises served me well. I can't say enough! More

Huggard and Ewing made buying a car so easy. I went to Queens Auto Mall and Automax in Framingham there first thing they wanted was my SS number before I could smell or see a car and the salesmen were so nasty to me but Huggard and Ewing made me feel real comfortable and they really worked with me. The kicker was Huggard and Ewing filled my tank up before I left the lot, now would any major car dealership fill your tank before you leave their lot I dont think so. Huggard and Ewing you have a customer for life and it was worth the 2 hour drive 3 days in a row. Please America Support Small Business especially Huggard & Ewing you will not be disappointed More
