Exceptional Service I have been to the service department on a few occasions and I have to say that I have had a great experience every time. I have been to other places I have been to the service department on a few occasions and I have to say that I have had a great experience every time. I have been to other places in the area and they try to take advantage because they see a woman walk through the door. I would like to say thanks to Kevin, Chris and Kyle for always being honest and making me feel comfortable. Most importantly though, you have always done an outstanding job on my car. To the owners of H&E, you should be proud of your employees!!!! More

Disappointing I was looking for a Toyota Camry when I stumbled upon Huggard and Ewing on CarGurus.com. Nervous about small dealerships I looked at reviews, some wer I was looking for a Toyota Camry when I stumbled upon Huggard and Ewing on CarGurus.com. Nervous about small dealerships I looked at reviews, some were good, and some not so good. I decided to drive the hour and a half there hoping that the good reviews were true. When I got there the sales people were pretty nice. I test drove a 2009 Camry with 75,5000 miles and decided I would like to buy it. Because the dealership is so far from my home I wanted to take the car that night and the dealer wouldn't allow it. We even offered to pay in cash and they insisted that they had to keep it to get it registered, insured and inspected. I agreed and planned to pick it up Thursday afternoon. Before leaving I requested that a missing fog light cap be replaced and a crack in the bumper be glued just so it wouldn't get worse. When I turned on my car to drive away there was 75,800 miles on it. I left the dealership at 7:30 pm on Tuesday night and I arrived to pick up my car at 5:00 pm on Thursday. In the 46 hours that I left my car at the dealership they managed to add 300 miles to the odometer. In addition, the fog light cap was not replaced, the crack in the bumper was not repaired, the car had not been cleaned and there was no inspection sticker. There were stains inside the car that were not there when I test drove it and there were paint splatters that should have been cleaned. The dealership had already closed by the time I arrived so there was no one to talk to. When I tried to call and leave a message, their answering machine would not take voicemail. I was very disappointed with the service that I received and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More

Nissan Maxima I recently had the pleasure of working with both Chris Gendreau and Chris O'neill with the purchase of my 2008 Nissan Maxima. They both went above and I recently had the pleasure of working with both Chris Gendreau and Chris O'neill with the purchase of my 2008 Nissan Maxima. They both went above and beyond my expecations as a returning customer. I purchased a 2010 Chevy Impala in July of 2013 through them and never had any issues with the car, it was a great vehicle! I really wanted a Nissan, but at the time, it was just not something I could do. They promised me that if I came back in 10-12 months, they would be able to put me into a Nissan. Needless to say, it's 10 months later and they kept their word! I couldnt be happier with my new vehicle, and I would highly recommend anybody to the best and most honest dealership around! -Ashly T More

I saw the add for the Ram pick up that I have been looking for on a Friday night, I cal I never heard of Huggard and Ewing and I wish I had years ago. I saw the add for the Ram pick up that I have been looking for on a Friday night, I called the dealership to see if I could take a look at the vehicle on Saturday morning, a couple hours later I am driving the truck home. I am very happy with the vehicle as well as my experience at Huggard and Ewing. Mike Burns and Chris O'Neill were great guys to deal with and very helpful. I will difinetly go back to Huggard again. I and a few friends havehad positive prior experiences with Huggard & Ewing and so they were the 1st dealership I thought to go to after an accident which totalled my vehicle. First of all, I reviewed auto's on line and spotted a Ford Focus at Huggard & Ewing. I emailed and received a quick response from Reg, and made an appointment to visit the next day. I was greeted by Mike Burns and was looking at the car in a matter of minutes. . . . . no waiting, no trying to get me to look at higher priced vehicles, it was great! I loved the car immediately and decided I wanted it after a test drive. Mike Burns helped me with all the paperwork, while Chris negotiated with financial institutions on my behalf. I had a new car the same day. It was a seamless experience for me. The car was prepped before I drove it home, tires, gas, new battery etc. They paid for the inspection sticker too. I would definitely recommend buying a car at this dealership. Try it! You won't regret it! More
