I dealt with Chris on the internet my first impression was not a good one. I didn't get a call back for day's. I finally went in and I dealt directly with the sales manger. I can't say it was a quick transaction but I have to say she didn't give up. The next week was a .roller coaster of emotions. I didn't think I would be driving the Ram truck I wanted so bad. My friend and my mother named her super woman. She ran around that place doing everything and MAKING IT HAPPEN . All she asked me to do was leave a review she said people only leave reviews when there not happy about something.. The least I can do is go on here and tell how happy and thankful I am. . I can't say the same for the salesman. He did nothing but answer my e-mail ONCE.. I would and will recommend family and friends though. I am very happy, great truck, low miles, good price and a beautiful sales manager to look at. why go anywhere else. , More

In the process of searching we called a few different dealerships and Huggard & Ewing was by far the best price and easiest to deal with. They were extremely helpful and even helped us outfit the van for our company's needs. I would highly recommend! More
WHAT COULD GO WRONG WITH THIS VEHICLE??? I realize that I am going to get a "canned" response to this review, but that's fine. I know what happened here, and I am sharing. Extremely angry and VERY DISAPPOINTED!! My son purchased a Dodge Ram with very low miles, nice looking and was told at the sale, "What could go wrong with this truck??" We made the trip 6 hours away to buy this truck to come home and find out that it had MANY safety issues. It needed a new right front axle, which was replaced by a local Dodge dealer, through the 90 day, costing us $100. The gas gauge does not work, needs front shocks, alignment, 4 new tires, 2 of them (2/23"),struts, and front brake pads and roters!!! The truck which was also said to be totally clean with no rust, had a large area of the body that is rusted right through and well concealed, which was not even discussed by me. I was more concerned with the safety of the truck. I called and had several nice discussions with mechanic, Chris, who TOTALLY understood my dilemma. He said that we would work together and try to come up with a solution that would work for both of us considering distance and travel. This estimate of was from a certified Dodge Ram dealer in New York State. I was asked to get a second opinion from a local garage to see if the first one was correct and if the price could be lowered. I then submitted the next estimate and it was the same problems and price more reasonable. Chris did say that the owner had to make the decision. The owner gave me a call and put a stop to any consideration what so ever, other than drive an unsafe vehicle 6 hours back to his garage and that he would give me a good deal to fix all of this. He apparently took no responsibility for selling a $23,000 vehicle in this condition. Ethically, this is VERY, VERY WRONG!!!! What is even more disturbing is the "safe rating" on this truck. Nice to know that my son drove home in an unsafe vehicle for 6 hours and now has to be fixed. I was told in my discussion with the mechanic, "Don"t worry, we don't leave people hanging." !!! Bottom line is the owner has himself totally covered and that's all that matters. Untrustworthy and ethically VERY, VERY WRONG!! Too bad what was suppose to be a really exciting experience owning his first truck that he worked very hard for and always wanted, turned out to be this huge mess!! More

She worked with the salesman to put the deal together and finished with the financing. John stayed in touch keeping me posted along the way. Thank you, you now have a customer for life. More

Avoid this company I recently purchased a ford fusion from this dealer. When brought in for the finance paperwork I specifically told Susan I did not want any of their 9 I recently purchased a ford fusion from this dealer. When brought in for the finance paperwork I specifically told Susan I did not want any of their 900 dollar worthless packages. She pushed and I made it clear I didn't want them, she then proceeded to try to rush me out the door, I assumed because she wasn't going to be able to get any extra money out of me. Low and behold I have been signed up for a 900 dollar gap coverage that does nothing for my car. I received no copies of the paperwork until I went to pick up the vehicle. Upon reviewing them I found that I had gap coverage. I do not remember signing this, it doesn't look like my signature, and it's dated a day I was not there. Not to even mention the fact it took them an additional 5 days more than they said to get the car to me. UPDATE: Since posting this review, I have received an offer from them for $516.36 in exchange for removing my negative reviews of them. I think it is a terrible practice to pay someone to remove their honest reviews, so obviously I did not accept this offer. It makes me question how many negative reviews may have been removed for payment and the legitimacy of all their positive reviews. More

Deceitful employees! Sells lemon cars!! I bought an SUV in December, week later check engine light went on, took it back to them and got it back 40 days later!! Another week passed another check engine light issue and again I went another 2 weeks without the car!! On top of that it took me 9months to get floor mats for my suv, after weekly calls for 9months straight I finally got them. They were for a 4 door sedan! Horrible company. Deceitful employees. They sell lemons and lie!!! More
