He happened to remember that we worked together over 30 years ago. he made me feel comfortable before I even remembered who he was. Every question I asked was answered honestly and I wasable to extend my warranty at a value added price. I bought a 2014 ford Fusion and it is running great! Not Sketchy Or Pushy - Great Experience For Family Come on, we all know buying a used car can be tough. Salesmen have a reputation of being sketchy or sleazy and we assume vehicles are overpriced. As my family and I approached this process we were concerned about getting a quality vehicle, with a price within OUR budget (not what a salesman though we could afford.) At Huggard & Ewing, with Reggie Morgan as our lead sales associate - our fears were calmed and our experience was great. Reggie was honest and helpful. He was not pushy and respected my wife & I's need to talk privately about our decision and not push us into a financial decision we were later going to regret. Reggie reasonably valued our trade-in and helped us get within our family's budget. The vehicle was in great condition. Competitively-priced from Kelley Blue Book etc. We actually could not find a comparable vehicle in light of low mileage and affordability within 50 miles. The purchase process was simple. Susan was very thorough and made the application and financing contract so simple. They offered us some extra's (extended warranty for example), but did not push hard. When we picked up the vehicle, we brought our three young children with us. The staff was friendly and accommodating (our kids were pretty excited about their new van). No one seemed bothered by their presence and the staff let our kids take over the customer waiting area. As we left, Jillian took a family photo for us with our new car and helped finish the day with a personal touch. She has already followed up with us via email to check in to ensure all is well. I had not heard of Huggard & Ewing prior to our visit and subsequent purchase but I will be mindful of them in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to others. The dealership was about a 50 min drive from our home, but the experience and service made this trip easy to take. More

Good people. My dealings with Huggard & Ewing was very good. I only buy a truck once in a while. The last time I bought a truck was 2000. The people at this dealership where very accommodating. I was at the dealership 3 times kicking tires , rolling around on the ground and looking at everything from undercarriage to drivetrain. They even let me take it for a day to let my mechanic check it out. Definitely one of the best experience I've had in years. No pressure to buy just friendly helpful people. I was very hesitant to purchase a car considering I had a car that ran fine and was completely paid off but once I went to Huggard and test drove the I was very hesitant to purchase a car considering I had a car that ran fine and was completely paid off but once I went to Huggard and test drove the car I purchased I couldn't say no. Prices are very fair and car is in great condition. My boyfriend went back a couple months later and purchased a truck as well. Highly recommend going there! More

Each one has been in fantastic shape at the time of purchase and I can certainly say that I have purchased 3 pre-owned cars through Huggard and Ewing. Each one has been in fantastic shape at the time of purchase and I can certainly say that I trust the quality of their cars. My most recent car came as a replacement for one that was totaled. I picked out the new one and had it the next day because they accommodated me for being carless. This is the way Huggard and Ewing conducts business. They aim to be of as much assistance as possible. I have recommended them to several friends and each one has been satisfied. Their service department is also excellent. I used them before I even bought my first car there. Since Chris Coy and now Chris Petrie have been in charge, I would never go any other place for service. The main point is that both sales and service are a great team working together. More
