Walked away with what I wanted, but did not like the hiccups I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee towards the end of May and I'm very happy with purchase. It was exactly what I was looking for and within my budget, but I experienced a couple of unpleasant situations. One of them was the detailing of my car. I completely understand it's a used and I can't expect it to be perfect, however, I am still spending thousands of dollars on this purchase and the car should not be treated any different than a new car in regards to detailing. I told my sales rep in advance to please make sure the car is spotless and so when the car came out, it was not. I pointed out the area it needed cleaning and they took it back to do some touch up. When I took my car home, I noticed trash underneath the back seats (a lot of goldfish chips and other foods most likely from the previous owner which means it never received a full detail). It was disappointing because I clearly asked a couple of times to make sure the car is clean so that I don't spend any more money on it than I already have. I don't enjoy writing a negative review, but I did give the dealership a couple chances to make up for it and they did not. The other issue was when their finance director added warranty on my sale documents and sent them to my bank without my authorization on the warranty. I did call her to ask about warranty and was definitely going to purchase the power train option, but I found out from a friend that my documents were sent to my bank and the warranty for power train was already added to the price that I never agreed with. This raised a red flag so I called her and told her that I never agreed to any warranty, I simply just wanted more info on it and requested for her to please redo the paperwork since the first copy was incorrect. Because of this incident, I did not purchase extended warranty from them, but I most certainly was going to had this not have happened. Lastly, what stressed me out was when I felt like they wanted me to sign right away to seal the deal because they were getting a lot of requests for that car. I told them I am definitely taking this car, but I needed a few things fixed before I can finalize the paperwork and I also needed to get the check from my bank. The pushy part in the beginning didn't give me a good feeling, but I really wanted the car so I shoved that feeling aside. Lastly, there was a part that my car needed and no one called me to let me know if it had arrived or not. I asked my sales rep to please call me when it arrives so I can bring my car in. I gave them over a week and I received no calls so I called them myself. It would have been nice for someone to followup with their customer, but it seems as if it was not important for this to be done. It's the little things that count. Picking up the phone to let your customer know their part has arrived isn't too much to ask for nor will it have taken over 2 minutes of their time, especially if they are a first time customer. You want to make a good impression to have them come back next time. I enjoyed my experience with Chris Coy (Service), he was very friendly, understanding and knew what he was talking about. He repaired everything that the car needed. When I was reading reviews about this dealership, I read more reviews about Chris Coy than any others. Nevertheless, while I did witness some unpleasant experiences here, at the end of the day, I did walk away with the car I have been wanting. More

Above and Beyond the Call of Duty in a Complicated Situation I recently bought a car from Reggie and just wanted to comment on how positive the experience was. Aside from what I would normally expect for servic I recently bought a car from Reggie and just wanted to comment on how positive the experience was. Aside from what I would normally expect for service, Reggie really went above and beyond to help me with a tricky situation. Due to my military status I am a resident of Washington, living in North Carolina, visiting Massachusetts. Now was the best time for me to buy a truck because of the selection and my busy schedule. Reggie helped me navigate the process of buying in Massachusetts including wiring money from my account in Texas to yours. He also helped research my ability to register the vehicle in Massachusetts while I completed my military move from California to North Carolina. With my tight schedule, we ran into a no-fault mix up in registration which stranded me on Cape Cod without a way to get to Stoughton. Reggie delivered the truck to the Cape for me, and even stopped to get it inspected in MA because he knew I had very little time available before I headed out to sea again. Because of him, I will be able to keep my schedule and make it home on time. I’m sure you know he is an excellent asset for Huggard and Ewing, but please accept my thanks for making this experience a positive one. Best wishes for a nice summer, Chris Nolan More

Low mileage, spotless, and the best price after a month of looking from NH to CT. Several factors sealed the deal in addition to the ones mentioned above, The dealership has been around since 1951. Our salesman Jon was friendly, patiently let us test drive a bunch of trucks, and it did not hurt this vet, that his Dad was a WWII hero. Chris the Service Manager, sealed the deal for me -- straight forward, candid and impressed me as honest as the day is long. To boot, all the things he said they would do to prep the truck, they did -- new tires, new brakes, new wiper blades, new turn signals, new undercoating, and new mats. Having experience in Sales and Quality, they then have Jill follow up - just like you should if you're good. I know it's early in the "honeymoon," but we're off to a great start. More

Drove down to check it out, and for a used car dealership I was impres I saw a 2014 Ford Escape on car gurus with the color and option my son wanted. Drove down to check it out, and for a used car dealership I was impressed, I was buying a first car for my son. We dealt with Jon Lewis who I can highly recommend. Jon is a gentleman respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Long story short we walk away with an excellent deal, my son is pleased and I am pleased. They did everything they said car was delivered like brand new. I would definitely recommend and go back myself if I needed an excellent used vehicle. I can also ad that Susan in finance was awesome also, Jillian also was very nice to us. Bottom line is if you see a vehicle you want go down and check them out it's worth it. More

Didn't explain much on the car for details and when got home saw some issue with the bumper she brought it back to get fixed should they should of noticed that overall I'm going to enjoy my new car and will do business with them again if needed and recommend them to other people More
