A surprise Imagine my surprise when after giving them a horrible review over a year ago (because of the then current sales staff) I went back for a good deal and Imagine my surprise when after giving them a horrible review over a year ago (because of the then current sales staff) I went back for a good deal and had the best experience! Jon my salesman was no pressure, honest and straightforward - the vehicle was just what I wanted and low enough price to pull me in. Still don't like this "no haggle price" bologna, I'm old school that way but they gave a very fair deal on my trade in so I didn't have to "haggle" much. I am a "pro-haggle consumer". All in all, the day I went to test drive and purchase took me @ 1.5 hrs (I knew what I wanted). Today I went to sign papers and pick up took me @ 30 minutes. Easiest time ever...much to my surprise! One thing to think about: Possibly after someone goes as far as to purchase, the Manager comes out to at least say hello and congratulate them. Sitting behind that glass through the whole experience does not make you feel welcoming. More

Even though I had hoped to have it back within a day or two, it took 8 days. The dealership was very generous to allow me to use one of their vehicles while mine was being serviced. Chris Petrie was wonderful with communication and addressing all necessary issues with the vehicle. I am completely satisfied with him and all he did for me. More

Respect and Honesty. My husband found Huggard & Ewing in a desperate search for a Chevy Silvarado. We just had a horrible experience with Midway Auto in Abington. And had a purchase and sale agreement with them and then they told us we were given the wrong price of the truck and would not honor the p/s agreement.had also cashed our deposit. Mind you this was 5 days later, when the Owner basically told my husband was trying to cheat them. We walked into Huggard & Ewing where we met Big Joe O'Donnell on a Sunday morning and within 2 hours bought a better truck with lower mileage than the one was taking from us from Midway Auto. Joe also kept it as close as he could to our budget while still getting us the best deal. We were treated with respect and honesty. Joe went above and beyond as salesman by calling and checking to make sure we were satisfied with the truck a few days later. There should be more salesman like Joe who listens to the customers wants and needs. We will definitely be buying from Huggard & Ewing again.
