Jon Lewis at H&E Won't Steer You Wrong!! This was my first time buying a car *ever* and it was from a dealer no less, so I was a little scared of (potential) pressure tactics and upsells. I h This was my first time buying a car *ever* and it was from a dealer no less, so I was a little scared of (potential) pressure tactics and upsells. I had set amount to spend and didn't want to get ripped off. Jon Lewis met me when I arrived to look at my car (a fully loaded 2009 Lincoln MKS with 70K miles). He was very personable and easy going, as well as highly knowledgeable about the car and it's features. I test drove with him and he provided enhancement to my vehicle learning experience, far from being the "hard sell" stereotype. Gotta admit, I *was* skeptical when he said Huggard and Ewing is no-negotiation. But he was present throughout the buying process without being intrusive, and was always helpful in clearing the various documentation checkpoints. Yeah, I bought from him at "sticker price," (which was 12K all-in), but here is what he had done for the vehicle prior to delivery at no extra charge: - Oil and filter change - Headlight replacement - New rotors , calipers, and brake pads - New wiper blades - New air filter - Fresh car battery Mind you, it didn't need any of this -- it handled well during the test drive, showed no rust or damage, and the AutoCheck reported no accidents as well as meticulous maintenance. But my uncle is a mechanic and personally verified that they did the work stated. This ain't a joke. All in all, H&E was very helpful, and Jon Lewis in particular. Susan in Finance gets an Honorable Mention for her patience with me during this process, and her tireless work in approving my mom for a loan which she ultimately rejected. And also, Sarah in Vehicle Information was top-notch at coordinating everything. BTW, Huggard is also a "Registry Location," which means they can process titling and registration, as well as give you plates the same day as delivery. Not sure if this is common in Mass., but I work at an RI dealership* and this is unheard of in that state. It was a nice touch getting new plates the same day I drove off. *Last Word: almost all auto dealers give substantial employee discounts on their preowned selection. My dealership is a well-advertised one, and even their employee special on a 2010 MKS with 90K miles and a (worse) EcoBoost engine couldn't touch H&E's offer on the car I got. Long story short: these guys are legit. More

The work he and his team did to get car ready was great. He did everything we asked and on time. More
