Just the best car buying experience ever!!!!!!! I'm old and I've bought a lot of cars . Why did I have to wait so long to stop in here. So we went to see Susan Park their financial officer and she was the best I've seen she came up with a good offer so we took it. and then Chris brought it to the service bay and cleaned and waxed and changed the oil. The follwing day I sent my sister and they also bought a car from Big Joe. This has become my new favorite dealership. Everything went smoothly and we were out the door with the car in about 2 hours.
