Big Joe took care of me and even put his personal cell number out there, which being in sales myself is something I never do. Susan gets it done and you can't fault her for doing her job and trying to sell you warranty, gap, etc. I appreciate her working with me on something to make it more convenient. I will continue to come here to buy my vehicles as long as they keep treating us right. If I had to complain about something it would be the lack of an owners manual and floor mats. Amazing car buying experience! Im not really one to write reviews, however this one is definitely worth my time. We found a beautiful truck here after looking for weeks elsewhere. Our salesman " Big Joe" was everything you would want in a car salesman and none of what you wouldn't want. He wasn't pushy, he left us alone but checked in on us. He was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Being a used truck, a few minor things had to be addressed. He pointed out a few. What salesman does that? He introduced us to the shop mechanic there named Manny. Clearly Manny has been doing this for years because when he was done.... it's like driving a brand new truck. The guys in the detail shop did an amazing job. The truck is beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ill see you guys again next year when we upgrade our other vehicle. If you go in there...Ask for Big Joe. More
