You MUST stay on top of this dealership. I wrote a very lengthy review and then my phone shut off and the website didn’t save any of it so I’m not going to redo the entire thing just highlig I wrote a very lengthy review and then my phone shut off and the website didn’t save any of it so I’m not going to redo the entire thing just highlight the key elements. 1) the salesman kept blowing off my concerns over ac not working instead of just assuring me that it would be fixed. Also said tires “would probably pass inspection” instead of saying he wasn’t sure but if it was close they would give me safe, new tires. 2) the next day finance manager refused to disclose any of my loan offer over the phone. I was trying to figure my budget and had to pressure her to give me the basic loan info. 3) finance manager charged me for new plates even though I brought the plates in an put them on her desk. Also told me that they would have to send me a refund in the mail because she didn’t have any more loan agreement forms to print out. 4) it took me to call them 3 times for anyone to send me a refund for the overcharge When I got it, it was only $20 instead of $32.50. Had to call another 2 times to get them to send me the rest. 5) I had put down a deposit of $100 to hold the vehicle. I told them I wanted it refunded back on my credit card when I bought the vehicle. Finance manager goes out after the signing and tells the secretary to refund the $100. Instead of refunding $100 she charged me another $100. Didn’t even notice it until I showed her the error and then she fixed it. Glad I was being observant. 6) I have had a few chech engine light issues and so far Chris, the service manager has been very good about fixing the issues. He explains things very well and takes time.. I appreciate that. In the end, if you find a good deal here, take it, but be on top of these people.....foolish mistakes will likely cost you, not them. More

Best experience I've ever had buying a car! I don't enjoy buying cars. There is typically nothing about the experience that I like. However, the experience I had at Huggard and Ewing with Big I don't enjoy buying cars. There is typically nothing about the experience that I like. However, the experience I had at Huggard and Ewing with Big Joe was so enjoyable I found myself wanting to share. I needed to get my daughter a used car after her car that she had was totaled by her friend two months after we got it. Already an unhappy camper, I set out on the mission prepared to do battle all over again. I found a listing for what we wanted at Huggard and Ewing and sent them a message. I got a very promt resposne from Sara who was really nice to talk to on the phone and we booked the appointment. Mind you, I live in NH and they are 1.5 hours away from me. The next day we arrived at Huggard and Ewing and were greeted and in a friendly, welcoming manner (even after we were late due to traffic) by several employees. I was assigned to Big Joe. I liked Big Joe immediately. He was friendly , knowledgeable and personable. From the start it was obvious that he not only enjoyed his job, but cared about his customers. Joe was every bit as kind to my daughter as he was to me. He went over the details of the car but also took the time to make sure he understood what our needs were and assured us those needs would be met. We drove the car and decided to buy it. They took a personal check for a deposit and we made a plan. A day or so later after dealing with the paperwork which they were very helpful with, even faxing a bill of sale to the DMV as I stood there at their counter, we headed down to get the car. Joe not only met our needs he far exceeded them. The car was immaculate. Two of the tires were a little on the line for need of replacement so he replaced all four. He made sure the car had an oil change, replaced the front and rear brakes and routers, new windshield wiper, and filled the tank with gas! This is a 2012 Jeep with only 30,000 miles on it. I did not ask for any of this to be done and yet he did because he wanted us to be happy! We left the dealership and went straight to our mechanic of 20 years for the NH inspection sticker. Our guy, Tony was blown away! Because he knows us, he looked over the car carefully He said everything Huggard and Ewing did to the Jeep was done well, and he was impressed. He said he never sees that level of care put into a used car for someone. The tank of gas was icing on the cake, dealerships never do that for a used car. Huggard and Ewing was well worth the trip down from NH. I highly suggest you pay them a visit the next time you are looking for a car. Ask for Big Joe, he'll take great care of you!! Sara emailed me back ad said it was still available. Showed up on a Sunday to one salesman, Jon Lewis.I figured he was going to be my first casualty of this uphill battle. Man was I wrong. Jon was so polite and nice that I lost all hope for the battle I knew was coming. Turns out I found the vehicle I came to look at was still available and ready for me to test drive. When that was done, Jon and I had a quick talk about where I needed to be financially and a few minutes later...... the deal was done. Came Back on Monday to do paperwork with Susan... incredible and fast. Then, Jon called on Tuesday and said come pick it up. This crew is amazing.... 5 Stars isn’t enough!!!! Great job.
