not good at first but overall much better now went to look at pickup trucks the sales man was all about I will do for you send up dates on progress of any vehicle you purchase he showed us 3 truck went to look at pickup trucks the sales man was all about I will do for you send up dates on progress of any vehicle you purchase he showed us 3 trucks the one we went their to look at and the second one was very nice all the bells and whistles but while out on the test drive we stopped to look the truck over and found standing water in a cubby under the back seat and to find mold at the back bottom of that seat we drove it back and showed the sales man to get from him oh I cant sell this truck as this truck is still for sale a month later on their lot the 3rd truck was the one we bought we checked it all over on the test drive as we are looking he tells us these trucks are from Canada they will need the instrument cluster changed out to the us version and it will be undercoated prior to delivery so with some haggling on the worth of my trade they finally came to with in 600 dollars of what I wanted but did not budge 1 penny on their truck but we bought it on November 10 th so here it is December 10 thi have gotten a voice mail from the service dept.after a phone call to them inquiring about the dash I was instructed to take a picture of it so they can get the right part I thought it was strange as they have the v.i.n. number for it but on November 21st sent that text since then I get a fed ex package from them opened it to find a new retail installment sales contract that was 75 dollars different with a sticky note as to where to sign and a new return fed ex envelope to return it in on November 27th text again to check on progress as I was told they are still waiting for parts as now it is December 10th and no word about any parts the sales man was no longer their a week and a half after the sale I took the truck to my local dealer for some open recalls on it had them do the recalls and had them look at the hood as I noticed some crows feet by the washer squirted in the hood as I was told it is not covered because it was a Canadian truck it was not warrantied so buyer beware so here we are January 5th the dealer ship has been working with me to get all the issues resolved chris in service has been great the instrument cluster has been fixed properly they even took care of the hood with the crows feet in the paint they got me alternate transportation and a couple of days while it was being done it shows that they will work with you and make things right they have restored my thoughts about the dealer ship at this point thanks to a few good apples that helped resolved the issues More

Had some concerns about the brakes and they were so nice that they took the truck in the shop on the spot and took the wheels off infront of me and brakes were fine. Was a little hesitant to buy it at first cause the truck is from Canada but did some extensive research about the truck before driving to the dealer then pulled the trigger to get it.
