Bob, We apologize that you are unsatisfied with your purchase and service. When it comes to customer satisfaction, we at Huggard and Ewing strive to make EVERY customer happy. Although we know that isn’t always easy to do, we still aim for 100% satisfaction. In the case of your truck, we can safely say that we went above and beyond to assist you. When manufacturer says this is how the truck should drive, then we have to believe them and stop attempting to repair the unrepairable. As far as you trade in goes, we quoted you as much as we could to try to make you happy. Unfortunately because you had accrued almost 10,000 miles in the such a short period of time (4 months), it negatively affects the value of the trade in. We would be happy to still go above and beyond on your trade in value. Please feel free to reach out to the dealership if you are still interested. Once again, we apologize we couldn’t help you further and hope you will consider Huggard and Ewing for your future purchases.
