Efficient and friendly. I just took possession of the truck I bought so I cannot yet speak to the dealer's follow through on service or warranty problems (if any were to actu I just took possession of the truck I bought so I cannot yet speak to the dealer's follow through on service or warranty problems (if any were to actually show up) but I did find them to be efficient and helpful in the whole process of the purchase.
