Pricing was better than a BMW dealership for sure and wasn't pressured into buying into extended warranties etc. I was a little disappointed in the delivery of the vehicle - the detailing was not thorough (there were used hairties on the turn signal and still a fine layer of dust on the dash for a vehicle that's only a few years old). Oil change was scheduled for a few days after the purchase and service light was on. Took it to a BMW service center to take care of these and paid out of pocket to make sure it was in good shape. Not a huge deal but these final touches can really change your impression of how a dealership operates. More

Im so happy with my new truck I completely forgot how devastated it was that my old one got destroyed! Out with the old in with the new I had been browsing for a new car for a while, as I knew my days left with my outback were numbered. I didn't anticipate leaving with a new car today I had been browsing for a new car for a while, as I knew my days left with my outback were numbered. I didn't anticipate leaving with a new car today but when I walked in, the vibes were positive and EVERYONE was friendly. They had the car ready for me within minutes without me calling ahead. Car was clean and rode so smoothly it was hard for me to want to take my old outback home. Brian went above and beyond to send me home a happy customer with a nice safe new vehicle. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone searching for a new or "used" vehicle More
