Larry Santos was amazing! Go to Huggard & Ewing in Stoughton Last Wednesday August 14, I was in need of a vehicle ASAP, and did not want to buy another vehicle off another private person, or from around the West Last Wednesday August 14, I was in need of a vehicle ASAP, and did not want to buy another vehicle off another private person, or from around the Westport/Fall River area. So I began my search online and came across this beautiful 2010 Lincoln MKX from Huggard & Ewing in Stoughton. So we called and he said he'd have it ready for us to look at. It was only a 40-45 min ride, and I was a little nervous when I arrived, expecting them to be pushy and arrogant like other dealerships. Boy was I relieved! We were greeted by Larry Santos and he is the most pleasant, friendliest, and nicest salesman we have ever met!! He told us about the vehicle and all its features and let us take it for a test drive alone. I've never heard of any other dealership doing that. "Just turn on the GPS if you get lost he said laughing" I fell in love with my Lincoln instantaneously! We had all the paperwork signed in 15 min, but had to return on August 15 for Brian Almeida to check to make sure I was getting the best rate. He was absolutely wonderful as well and very friendly. As we waited for our new vehicle to be registered, we sat in the customer waiting area. There were no cups for the Keuring machine to make ourselves a coffee, so we asked Larry for some cups, but they were out. Next thing we know, he brings us Dunkin' Donuts coffees! Now that's is the best customer service I have ever received. He went above and beyond from the time we stepped foot onto the lot to the time I drove away in my new Lincoln. I definitely will be buying all my vehicles there and referring all family and friends. Thank you again Larry and the rest of Huggard & Ewing for doing what you do. More
