They don’t put cars out on the lot unless it’s safe to drive. Before you leave with the car you purchase they do another check on the car. I own a small business that is customer focused so I have high expectations in regard to customer service!! That being said, we worked with Alan Sperberg and would work with him a million times over!! Car buying can be difficult and sometimes the sales person can be part of the problem. Not Alan!! His customer service skills are exemplary! However, and more important to me, he is a genuinely nice person! He was easy to work with, helpful and did everything he could to get us into a car that would be a great fit for us. He is friendly, charismatic and there was never one second that we felt any pressure from him. In my opinion, he is an extremely valuable asset to Huggard and Ewing! If he worked in my field, I would hire him in a heartbeat!! We didn't finance the car so that part of transaction was pretty straight forward but I do have to give a shoutout to Brian and say that he is great at what he does and wrapped up his part of the process quickly and efficiently!
