DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a car 6/1/2021 & the engine fell apart WHILE I WAS DRIVING on 3/5/2022. When I contacted the dealership to get help, they literally said, " I bought a car 6/1/2021 & the engine fell apart WHILE I WAS DRIVING on 3/5/2022. When I contacted the dealership to get help, they literally said, "sorry!" I have been paying for this vehicle & full insurance for almost 10 months. I have spent HUNDREDS on repairs and gas for borrowing vehicles. The OWNER RAY HUFFINES told ME and my broker that "Used cars die and that's just how it is! Can't help you!" They have even attempted to blame me for not changing the oil in the car and telling me I put 40k miles on it, when in fact, it was only 20k miles and I had the oil change receipts. The car died when it still had 200 miles until the next oil change. I could drive the car from here to Canada & the engine should not fall apart!! This vehicle is a Mercedes & per the owner himself, they couldn't even properly check the car before selling it to me. Although, I have a Certified Pre-Owned Document saying this car is in tip top shape to be sold & is sold CERTIFIED by this dealership. If you call and ask about a certified warranty, they will tell you (which I have on recording) that it's covered bumper to bumper 100,000 miles. However, don't you dare try to call and actually use this. You will be treated like dog xxxx and told "that's not true." So the certified pre owned document I have and the recordings I have of them saying that they cannot properly check this vehicle is .... worthless?? I thought the owner of this business is a christian man who is praised for exceptional customer service?? When I spoke to him and told him that the engine of this vehicle fell apart while I was driving down the highway with my daughter in the car, he said, "OH WELL." And proceeded to blame this issue on me. This engine is part of lawsuits - it's on the internet. Mercedes can't even push it through on extended warranty because Huffines had the car before me. So it even voided the special extended warranty on the engine. Fast forward 10 months, my auto loan company has been requesting a collateral exchange from the dealership for at least a month now since finding out what is going on. I have texts with the GM Aaron Brown begging him to please contact my loan company because I am moving out of state and I am now completely out of time after trying to get this done after 10 months. He is suddenly not responding to me! All they have to do according to my loan company is ONE FREAKING DOCUMENT. It has also ruined my credit and I take anxiety and anti depressants due to the stress - I cannot get a place to live and I cannot get another vehicle because I am still in this loan and so many places ran my credit trying to help me get another vehicle, and I have maxed out a credit card using Lyft to get to work and back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I tried to get another vehicle, I would have to roll over $9-14k and pay $640-700/month for a car without a warranty and that would also die soon. If you have had this issue, please email me huffinescorinthclassaction at gmail dot com if you would like to be part of my class action lawsuit against this dealership. I need at least 12 people, which I have seen reports on cars.com, this will not be difficult to do. You may also email me for the dropbox link of lengthy documentation and recordings I have regarding this nightmare! I have been very nice for 10 months and they have treated me like dirt. This has ruined my life and all they have to do is ONE DOCUMENT for a collateral exchange and they won't even do that. I am a single mom doing this by myself going between Mercedes, Huffines, Progressive & Ally Auto Financial trying to get my car fixed that I pay for every month. It would cost $10k minimum to pay out of pocket. This car is worth $300. This would literally be like a tax write off for them!! They don't care about customers, women or moms! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I guarantee if this was one of their kids or wives, THIS WOULD NOT BE HAPPENING! THESE PEOPLE ARE HEARTLESS AND SOULESS DEMONS! More

Visited this dealership to test drive a Subaru, and Mercedes was the sales person helping me. She was absolutely fantastic. It is no fun visiting a dealership as a woman alone, and she was so friendly, Mercedes was the sales person helping me. She was absolutely fantastic.
