Mr. Schraegle, I appreciate you taking my phone call and sharing with me what happened during your last visit to our service department. After reviewing your Repair Order with my Service Manager and Technician, my Technician did not remove the caps on the battery terminals and inspect the terminals. That is his responsibly and I have noted it in his file. Like I shared with you during our phone conversation, if we state we are going to do a task we must complete it. That mistake is the reason I refunded 100% of your money for the work you had done during your visit. You also stated you were considering getting another car from us.
