Ms. Soto, Thank you for taking my call a few weeks ago. We care about our customers and the service you receive. We are in your corner. Your accusation of dishonesty is something we take very seriously. We will never tolerate any form of dishonesty or deception from our team members. Therefore I have done much investigating to discover the facts. Your engine was replaced under warranty. The manufacturer found that replacing an engine on a 2012 Optima with 155,000 miles could not cause your driver mirror and radio to malfunction. And because there is documentation from another Kia store a year earlier on issues with your radio, provided further confirmation that the repair we performed did not anyway cause those issues.
