And then while waiting for the very few minutes that I had to I had the opportunity to see the expanded waiting area with a snack bar and drinks with two cubes for customers working while waiting. When the gentleman announced my name for the ride home - I had a wonderful conversation with him as well. Robert was great when calling me HOURS earlier than I expected to say my car was done and to alert me as to next steps. No one ever likes paying the costs for repairs but it is what it is....and am grateful that Huffines Kia takes the time to explain to the customer what is needed and more importantly - WHY it's needed.
