Donovan was my salesman for the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK model. I had never owned a Jeep before so I was not familiar with the brand. Even this store is a Kia/Subaru, Donovan explained all of the vehicle's model. I had never owned a Jeep before so I was not familiar with the brand. Even this store is a Kia/Subaru, Donovan explained all of the vehicle's systems. Locks,windows,climate control, drive train, engine, and more. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Also poor management on the sales side led to the purchase of a different vehicle from expected due to inconsistent pricing and dealer add-ons. More

This was my second time buying from Huffines Kia, and both times they have blown me away with how easy they make the process. The associates there are knowledgeable and make you feel right at home. Ryan is GREAT and absolutely spectacular at finding the perfect car for me at the perfect price. Phil is on the management team and remembered me from over a year ago and picked up on some really great conversation while I waited on my paperwork. Mike was great at setting up all the paperwork to make the process smooth and easy. Finally, Ashton did everything to make sure my car was protected while still keeping my payment in my desired range. Y'all this team is killer. I drove over an hour, and it was well worth it. More

I wanted a used car 2020 used vehicle. I expressed that to Madyson (my agent). Everyone said they rarely received 2020 Kia's. But they did received one in and she called me right away. By then I just had to Madyson (my agent). Everyone said they rarely received 2020 Kia's. But they did received one in and she called me right away. By then I just had surgery on my foot. She brought me all the paperwork, brought me the car and showed me how to use it. I had my son go look at it, and she handled everything else!!!! I will always to tho Huffines and use Madson. Thank you for everything, I love my car, it is perfect. More

Horrible, trash dealership with terrible service. Our buying experience 6 years ago was not terrible but every time we have needed service/repairs under warranty it's like they want to punish us for need buying experience 6 years ago was not terrible but every time we have needed service/repairs under warranty it's like they want to punish us for needing to use the warranty. Their service advisors lie, ignore you, do not make phone calls, have no ability to communicate and are unethical. They are the opposite of trustworthy or ethical and I would not wish this dealership on my worst enemy. More
